Shipments and returns

All orders are shipped Priority Mail through the Postal Service and will arrive in 5-20 business days from the original shipping date (all over the world). We have found this to be the most economical and most efficient way to ship products. If you choose to ship through another method, we are happy to do so.

For all the shipments in the European community, there are no custom fees and/or taxes, and the only extra costs are those related to the postal parcel service.

Orders are processed within 24 hours and are shipped within 24 hours (unless when the team is in competitions and/or shows). If a product is on back order, the customer will be notified of the estimated ship date before the order is processed. If there is an error in shipment on our behalf and you receive the wrong item, we will reship the correct item to you at no charge, upon receipt of the incorrect shipment.

If you decide you would like to return a product because you do not like it, we will be happy to take care of you, as long as the following holds true:

1. The product is unopened and unused.

2. There are no parts missing.

3. The package is in the original condition.
Returns for cash or credit card refunds are also possible, under some conditions, and will incur a 10% restocking fee.
